Shipping and Returns

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping with every order. 

Because we make, stock and personally fulfill all of our products, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We treat each item you purchase with extreme care when packaging and fulfilling your order. 

Our Shipping Policy

All items are shipped by either UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

In general, shipments under 3 lbs. in weight will ship via USPS First Class which can take between 2 and 5 days for delivery after the order is processed.

Shipments that are over 3 lbs. in weight will ship via UPS. UPS shipping times vary depending on which area of the country we are shipping to. 

Rules & Exceptions:

- We are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

- Shipping times listed do not take into account national holidays in which the United States Postal Service is closed. 

Orders are typically shipped the same or the following business day. We will notify you by email if the item is not available to ship within 2 days.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! We also know that it can feel risky trying out a new product or experiencing a new brand. Because of this we are pleased to offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee with any purchase of our products.

If you do not have a great experience with our products simply email us within 30 days from the time of purchase at support@awakehuman.com. Please include the original order number as well as the name and address associated with the order. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping fee we incurred in order to ship the order to you from the returned amount. 

Once we have received the necessary order information we will process the return. Please allow up to a week for the return amount to clear through the payment processing gateway and to be reflected within your payment method's statement.
